Alameda County Allocates Funds for Immigrant Support

The Alameda County Board of Supervisors has approved $2.2 million to protect illegal immigrants and refugees. The funds will support legal services, advocacy, and community resources. $50,000 will go to the Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach, up to $700,000 to Centro Legal de La Raza, and up to $500,000 to Trabajadores Unidos Workers United.
